Dashiell is hiring a Senior Field Service Technician to lead field testing, commissioning, and maintenance operations for high-voltage substations and power systems. The role manages multiple field crews, coordinates resources and schedules, performs and directs electrical testing and system commissioning, reviews technical deliverables, mentors technicians, and serves as a client-facing project leader. The position is based in Richmond, Virginia, requires extensive high-voltage testing and commissioning experience, and involves extensive travel, outdoor work, and exposure to energized electrical equipment.
