GlobalFoundries is hiring a Maintenance Technician for its Essex Junction Fab 9 semiconductor manufacturing facility. The role monitors, sustains, and improves assigned equipment and processes; performs preventive and corrective maintenance; troubleshoots equipment issues; documents process interruptions; and communicates equipment status to lead technicians and engineers. The position requires a high school degree or equivalent, relevant electrical or mechanical experience, cleanroom and safety compliance, and flexible alternating day or night shifts. The expected salary range is $48,200 to $83,200, with medical, vision, dental, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
