Description
Telesat is hiring a Senior Technologist, Network Operations to lead customer service and network operations center functions for LEO satellite products and services. The role manages service implementation, technical and administrative plans, BOSS and supervisory system integration, fault detection and resolution, customer experience monitoring, emergency notifications, project milestones, and relationships with sales, engineering, operations, and third-party suppliers. The incumbent will work primarily in an office environment in Gatineau, Quebec, with temporary work in Ottawa, Ontario, and may travel for technical field activities.
