Description

Ryan Companies is looking for a Senior Technology Delivery Manager to lead enterprise technology portfolios. This in-office role involves working with stakeholders, defining technology objectives, assessing timelines, and ensuring proper resource allocation. The manager will evolve into a strategic partner, interacting with various departments like Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, and Technology, and will oversee technology resources used within those departments.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent related work experience)
Required Previous Experiences: At least five years of experience as a technology lead, preferably within the construction industry.
Experience with full-cycle application or software implementation projects.
Previous supervisory experience responsible for performance management with a proven track record of successful people management skills.
Experience leading the implementation of new technologies preferably within the construction industry.
Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Business Process Management, Lean Six Sigma or a Project Management methodology desirable.
Proficiency with project management tools and software.
Experience managing 3rd party vendors and system integrators.
Strong presentation, oral and written communication skills that will successfully translate to the needs of the team as well as senior management.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
