TEHORA is hiring a Senior IT Infrastructure Support Analyst to support and evolve Ministry technology infrastructure environments. The role involves operating infrastructure, resolving complex system incidents, installing and maintaining servers and operating systems, supporting office and collaboration environments, managing licenses and deployments, advising users and technical teams, contributing to modernization projects, improving processes, and documenting work. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, organizational information systems, or a relevant discipline is required, along with 12 years of IT experience and 8 years of relevant IT infrastructure support analyst experience. The work location depends on the mandate and may be remote or at a client site.
