Real Chemistry is hiring a Senior Technology Lead for ROOM42, its in-house production and digital technology team serving healthcare and pharma clients. The role is a hybrid US-based position focused on full-stack technical leadership, hands-on coding, DevOps/CI/CD, AI-augmented design-to-code workflows, QA automation, and cross-functional collaboration with UX, producers, delivery managers, and clients to deliver compliant, high-quality digital experiences such as websites, microsites, interactive apps, kiosks, and data-driven tools.
