Equitable is hiring a Senior Technology Manager to lead a cross-functional technology team and manage technology assets, platforms, vendors, roadmaps, and delivery processes. The role owns technical vision, solution development, quality and support processes, stakeholder relations, regulatory considerations, agile delivery, data-roadmap coordination, and DevOps practices. It is a permanent full-time hybrid position based in Waterloo, Ontario, requiring at least three years of team leadership or management experience, five years of relevant business technology experience, and extensive Azure, full-stack, API, and enterprise application development expertise.
