Qualcomm is hiring a Software Technology Program Manager to manage the development and delivery of multiple SoC technologies across business units. The role leads feature delivery plans, execution schedules, staffing and interdependencies, risk and issue management, roadmap synchronization, change control, and coordination across domestic and international development sites. It requires onsite work in San Diego five days per week, a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, and at least four years of program management or related experience; Qualcomm does not offer immigration sponsorship.
