Description
The Senior Technology Specialist (IT) provides Level 2 support and maintenance for custom and commercial Electronic Document Management Systems, resolves complex issues for 1,000+ EPC projects and 30,000+ global users, manages vendor relationships, prepares development packages, and supports customer requirements for the HCM track. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of Oracle Fusion experience, HCM Cloud expertise, and strong technical skills including HCM Data Loader, HSDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, Oracle SQL, OTBI, OBIEE, and BI Bursting Reports.
