Equitable is hiring a permanent full-time Senior Technology Specialist for its Enterprise Content Management team in Waterloo, Ontario. The role leads the design, development, configuration, testing, implementation, maintenance, and modernization of capture, imaging, and workflow applications; supports complex integrations and technical solutions; and provides operational support for Enterprise Content Management systems. The position requires strong C#, .NET, REST API, software design, DevOps, and infrastructure knowledge, with experience in workflow, content management, and document management systems. It is a hybrid role requiring at least two consecutive days every other week and a fifth assigned day per month in the Waterloo office.
