Equitable is hiring a temporary full-time, 12-month contract Senior QA Automation Engineer to provide advanced quality assurance and technical leadership for shared technology solutions supporting individual insurance and enterprise-wide capabilities. The role involves building and optimizing automation frameworks, creating test strategies and cases, performing automated and manual testing, managing defects and production support, and guiding continuous-delivery practices. It is a hybrid position based in Waterloo, Ontario, requiring a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of software testing experience, three years of test automation experience, and strong knowledge of C#, JavaScript, SQL, and related testing tools.
