August Bioservices is hiring a Technology Transfer MS&T Engineer (Technical Services) to support aseptic process implementations, technology transfer, process development, scale-up, and client-facing pharmaceutical and biologic projects. The role involves reviewing transfer documents, identifying process gaps, leading equipment and process qualification activities, developing SOPs and batch records, conducting DOE studies, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Candidates need a degree in pharmaceutical sciences and at least five years of equivalent experience, including aseptic process implementation and new process introductions; biologics, single-use systems, and compliant process segregation are preferred. The position requires cleanroom and manufacturing-floor work, including extended PAPR use and lifting up to 50 pounds.
