Description
Plaid is hiring a TechOps Infrastructure Engineer to own and improve internal IT systems, including Okta access management, endpoint configuration, automation, SaaS platforms, and AI tooling. The role leads others, contributes to the roadmap, supports Engineering, Security, and GTM teams, and requires an on-call rotation. It is based in an office three days per week and requires at least five years of experience supporting macOS devices, mobile device management, infrastructure-as-code, scripting, and major business systems.
