Description
The Senior Teller will perform daily teller transactions in the Altoona, Iowa branch lobby and drive-up, including deposits, loan and mortgage payments, cash advances, check cashing, cashier’s checks, foreign currency, and other account services. The role also handles client service, cross-selling, cash reconciliation, regulatory reporting, dual-control procedures, and referrals to other banking products. A high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of cash-handling and customer-service experience are required.
