Tri Counties Bank is hiring a Senior Teller to serve as a lead teller and branch customer-service leader under the Assistant Branch Manager. The role handles teller-line activities, cash and security procedures, customer service, referrals, loan, deposit, investment and other product sales, outbound customer calls, scheduling, compliance, ATM and night-drop support, and branch reporting. A high school diploma or GED and previous teller experience are required, while branch operations knowledge, product knowledge, communication skills, computer proficiency, and leadership ability are preferred or required. The hiring range is $21.00 to $25.00 hourly, with medical, dental, vision, 401K, ESOP, holiday, vacation, and sick benefits.
