Description
The role manages commercial and procurement activities for construction projects, including tendering, quantity surveying, cost estimation, market research, RFQs, procurement, vendor and subcontractor management, purchase orders, subcontract agreements, reporting, and risk monitoring. It requires a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, 5–7 years of experience, strong communication and English skills, MS Office proficiency, contract knowledge, and leadership experience; PRMG, PMP, or CLAC certification is advantageous.
