The Senior Territory Service Representative – Operations manages timely pickup and delivery of customer shipments across assigned territories, optimizes routes, handles COD collections and documentation, resolves operational exceptions, and mentors newly inducted TSRs. The role requires 3–6 years of relevant courier, logistics, last-mile delivery, or field operations experience, a 10th-standard qualification or higher, a valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving licence, and willingness to work across shifts, weekends, and holidays. The position is based at a branch or service centre and requires 25% travel.
