The role combines manual and automated testing, test-case design, defect analysis, issue prioritisation, collaboration with developers and product teams, testing-process improvement, and mentoring junior testers. Candidates should have senior-level manual and automated testing experience, strong test-case design and SDLC knowledge, SQL or database experience, clear communication skills, and experience supporting others; ISTQB Advanced certification and mobile or cloud testing experience are desired.
