Description
Cambridge GaN Devices (CGD), a spin-off of Cambridge University, is seeking a Senior Test and Reliability Manager to lead their test and reliability engineering team. This role involves designing and executing device reliability characterization experiments, developing characterization strategies and test plans, and creating GaN device reliability models. The manager will also develop new test methods, write application notes and white papers, and lead reliability aspects of various R&D projects. Additionally, the role includes liaising with electrical engineers for reliability characterization systems and managing resource allocation for test and reliability activities.
