Matrix is looking for a Senior Test and Validation Technician to join their team in Newburgh, IN. This full-time position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing and implementing testing frameworks, creating test environments, and conducting various types of testing to ensure product quality and reliability. The technician will also be responsible for automating testing systems, analyzing data, identifying root causes, and continuously improving test automation. They will report to the Manager of Testing and Validation.
