CHAOS Industries is hiring a Senior Software Engineer – Test Automation to develop and maintain automated test software, validation frameworks, and Special Test Equipment for complex integrated hardware and software systems. The role covers Python-based automation, hardware integration, RF and embedded systems testing, instrumentation troubleshooting, verification and validation, and support of test systems in manufacturing and field environments. It is a full-time, on-site position in El Segundo, California, requiring a relevant STEM bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of relevant experience, strong Python and hardware-debugging skills, and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance. The stated base salary range is $130,000–$210,000, with medical, dental, and vision benefits fully paid by the company.
