Description
Smithers is seeking a Senior Test Engineer for its Materials, Science and Engineering department to support polymer testing and consultative services. The role involves liaising with clients, setting up and executing test programmes, producing quality data and technical reports, designing and building test rigs and equipment, developing new test methods, and maintaining equipment resources. Candidates should have polymer testing expertise, experience with stress, fatigue, mechanical, environmental, and accelerated aging testing, computer and communication skills, and a relevant technical degree or equivalent experience.
