Cintel, Inc. is hiring a full-time Senior Test Engineer at Redstone Arsenal to support an Army Project Office’s Test Directorate for a complex Air and Missile Defense system. The role involves planning and executing system, hardware-in-the-loop, distributed ground, qualification, and field tests; developing test plans, procedures, requirements, and case matrices; documenting test incidents and results; supporting stakeholder meetings; preparing reports; and traveling to Department of Defense test ranges. Candidates must be U.S. citizens, maintain a Secret security clearance, hold a STEM master’s degree or equivalent experience, and have at least 10 years of engineering experience focused on defense systems and test engineering.
