Description
Inversion is hiring a Senior Test Engineer to plan and execute high-consequence mechanical test campaigns for advanced reentry spacecraft systems. The role sits on the Mechanical team and focuses on component, subsystem, and system-level testing, including test planning, fixture and GSE design, instrumentation, coordination with external facilities, troubleshooting, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. The position is based in Playa Vista, California, requires in-office presence, and calls for 5+ years of relevant aerospace or defense testing experience along with eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. government Secret/Top Secret clearance and compliance with ITAR.
