Description

Power Integrations is looking for a highly autonomous and proactive Senior Test Engineer responsible for developing and sustaining PCBA test solutions. This role involves designing Teradyne TestStation TSLH test solutions, providing production support for various test systems, implementing new variant test programs, preparing comprehensive documentation, developing internal test automation tools, driving continuous improvement, managing EMS test operations, leading new tester deployments, coordinating globally, and working independently.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Minimum of 8 years of experience in test development for PCBA, electrical components and integrated circuits.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong expertise in power electronics, analog, and mixed-signal circuit design.
Proficient in Python, LabWindows/CVI, C, C++ and C#.
Experience in Django framework and SQL database is an advantage.
Advanced skills in ICT and FCT programming on automated test platforms such as Teradyne Spectrum/TestStation, Keysight Medalist i3070/Agilent 3070.
Takaka/SPEA Flying Probe a plus.
Extensive hands-on experience in electronics circuit design, test fixture development, and complex PCBA failure analysis.
Experience testing automotive-grade PCB assemblies, with a solid understanding of VDA and IATF requirements.
Familiarity with Partial Discharge Testing and Transformer Safety Testing is a strong plus.
Excellent command of spoken and written English, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues clearly.
