Description
The ATE Test Engineer will develop and implement cost-efficient ATE test programs for analogue and mixed-signal power management ICs, coordinate test activities across product development and production, improve yield and quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The role requires an electronics engineering degree, ATE test development experience, hands-on experience with Advantest V93K, Cohu DiamondX, and/or Teradyne UltraFLEX, knowledge of electronic circuits and mixed-signal test methods, hardware and PCB design experience, laboratory equipment familiarity, statistical analysis skills, version-control knowledge, and experience mentoring junior team members.
