Texas Instruments is hiring a Production Test Engineer to lead the strategic direction and quality governance of its ATE ecosystem, serve as technical authority in customer engagements, and develop automated test processes, fixtures, and software. The role also involves troubleshooting device performance, optimizing test strategy, supporting multi-factory manufacturing flows, analyzing test robustness, and improving yield through collaboration with fabs. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, at least 12 years of related experience, ATE expertise, data analytics and yield analysis skills, probe card hardware and circuit design experience, software development experience, and strong debugging and VLSI fundamentals.
