Thea Energy is hiring a Senior Test Engineer to lead hardware validation for fusion-related superconducting magnets, cryogenic systems, and high-vacuum components. The role owns test strategies, leads and mentors engineers and technicians, designs and commissions large cryogenic and high-power test stands, analyzes complex failure data, manages vendor and advanced-facility relationships, and establishes safety protocols for high-voltage, high-field, and cryogenic environments. The posting seeks 8+ years of hardware-centric test engineering experience, a BS or MS in a relevant field, and expertise in LabVIEW and Python.
