Performance Drone Works is hiring a Senior Test Engineer, Electronics Manufacturing to support the design, validation, deployment, and continuous improvement of electrical test systems for PCBAs, wiring harnesses, and subsystems used in production and contract manufacturing of advanced sUAS systems. The role covers test fixture lifecycle management, hardware and software NPI, electronic test solution development, manufacturing process support, yield and failure analysis, and test infrastructure scaling. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field, at least eight years of experience designing electrical test systems for production contract manufacturing, and eligibility for a U.S. Secret security clearance or higher. The position is based in an office and manufacturing environment with occasional travel, and offers medical, dental, and vision coverage.
