Description
ASM is hiring a Senior Test Engineer to develop and optimize testing methods, automation, fixtures, and diagnostic programs for semiconductor equipment and manufacturing processes. The role supports product industrialization, quality, cost, and lead-time improvements across supplier, contract, and internal manufacturing, while collaborating with Global Operations, business units, design, software engineering, and other stakeholders. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electrical or electronic engineering or automation engineering, at least eight years of manufacturing or engineering experience, and experience with testing automation, control systems, programming, and operational excellence tools.
