AFRY is hiring an experienced Test Lead to plan, coordinate, and execute system, integration, and acceptance testing in complex, safety-critical environments. The role covers the full test lifecycle, quality assurance, requirements traceability, and collaboration with project managers, development teams, and stakeholders. Candidates should have technical education, several years of test leadership and software testing experience, ISTQB certification, strong Swedish and English skills, and experience in agile environments. Defense or security-cleared systems may require Swedish citizenship and an approved security assessment and background check.
