Description
NVIDIA is hiring an Operations Engineer to join its Operations Engineering team and develop cost-effective ATE testing methods for new integrated-circuit products. The role involves improving test methodology, debugging and developing ATE, scripting, and web-based tools, and resolving production or throughput issues. Candidates need an engineering or science degree, at least five years of related experience, hands-on Advantest 93K or other ATE platform experience, programming skills in C/C++ or Java, strong problem-solving and communication abilities, and preferably DFT knowledge and project-management or leadership experience.
