Description
Renesas is seeking a Test Operations and Engineering professional to support semiconductor test manufacturing after product release. The role coordinates with product groups and functional teams across multiple countries, manages test operations and capacity at internal factories and outsourced OSATs, supports probe and final-test transfers, deploys tester and handler technology, and drives OEE, yield, retest, and gross-margin improvements. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline, preferably more than three years of high-volume semiconductor test manufacturing or test product engineering experience, familiarity with major ATE tester platforms, and strong problem-solving, communication, and project-management skills.
