Description
The Test Operations and Engineering role supports semiconductor test operations after manufacturing release and delivers operational excellence through cost reductions, OEE, yield, and cycle-time improvements across Renesas’ test manufacturing sites in Taiwan, China, and Korea. The position coordinates with product groups and functional teams, manages lot tracking and test program releases, supports probe and final test transfers, expands test capacity, deploys tester and handler technology, implements manufacturing best practices, and drives gross-margin improvement initiatives. It requires a bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline, preferably more than three years of high-volume semiconductor test manufacturing experience, familiarity with ATE tester platforms, and strong problem-solving, communication, and project-management skills.
