Description
Micron Technology is hiring an ATE Test Engineer to develop and debug ATE test programs and hardware, support CMOS SoC testing, define test strategies, implement DFT patterns, and debug high-volume production issues. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, at least seven years of Test Engineering experience, C/C++ and/or Java programming, and expertise with ATE platforms, test hardware, and semiconductor characterization tools. The position is based in Taichung, Tainan, or Hsinchu.
