Description
The role develops, calibrates, tests, and troubleshoots diesel engines for military and commercial heavy-duty applications. Responsibilities include engine dynamometer and HiL/MiL testing, prototype and early-production vehicle commissioning, field support, customer and engineering coordination, project and budget management, documentation, and mentoring. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline, extensive combustion-engine testing and calibration experience, diesel-engine troubleshooting expertise, engine-control knowledge, instrumentation and data-acquisition skills, and availability for flexible hours, travel, and confined-space work.
