NVIDIA is hiring a Senior Thermal Product Design Engineer to develop thermal solutions for electronics products across data center, automotive, robotics, gaming graphics, and NVIDIA Shield segments. The role covers thermal concept development, CFD simulations, physical prototype characterization, testing, data analysis, trade-off decisions, and support through mass production. Candidates need a BSME or equivalent experience, at least five years of electronics thermal design experience, expertise in heat transfer and fluid dynamics, proficiency with thermal simulation tools, and hands-on thermal testing experience. The base salary is 152,000 USD to 253,000 USD, with equity and benefits, and applications were accepted until September 5, 2026.
