Description
NVIDIA is hiring a Thermal Solutions Development Engineer for its Silicon Codesign Group to develop and validate thermal solutions for next-generation GPU and SOC products. The role covers end-to-end thermal solution development, prototype evaluation, test-system integration, software automation, thermal design process improvement, and collaboration with system architects, chip and board designers, and software/firmware engineers. The engineer will also apply AI-enabled tools to accelerate characterization, experiment planning, and data analysis, while partnering with AI and tooling teams. The position requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant engineering field and at least 8 years of relevant experience, with a base salary range of 168,000 USD to 264,500 USD for Level 4 and 196,000 USD to 310,500 USD for Level 5.
