STMicroelectronics is hiring a Senior Process Engineer to own tungsten deposition and etch-back processes, with a primary focus on CVD tungsten, WALD, and Pulsed Nucleation Layer tungsten on the Novellus Altus platform. The role involves hardware and recipe characterization, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, correlation of process conditions with film and device performance, and collaboration with integration, device, yield, equipment, and vendor teams to support technology transfers and new-node ramp-up.
