Intel is hiring an MDCE Metals Deposition Engineer to enable process performance and manufacturability for advanced metals deposition modules across Intel 18A, Intel 3, and Intel 12nm technology nodes. The role spans technology development, high-volume manufacturing, and customer engineering, including module readiness, yield and performance improvement, root-cause analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and technology transfer. Candidates need a relevant master's degree, at least six years of semiconductor manufacturing or process development experience, four years in metals deposition modules, and experience with PVD, CVD, or ALD technologies. The position is based in Hillsboro, Oregon, with a hybrid work model and an annual salary range of $133,800 to $255,200 USD.
