Description
The Senior Thin Film PVD Process Engineer will own Endura thin-film processes such as TANTA-Cu, Ti, TiN, CVD-TiN, and TiW, driving recipe development, optimization, technology transfer, line-quality troubleshooting, excursion management, root-cause analysis, and hardware and process characterization. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant engineering or materials science discipline and at least three years of hands-on experience with Endura sputtering processes, semiconductor manufacturing, and vacuum technology.
