Description

SentinelOne is hiring a Senior Threat Response Advisor to serve as a trusted advisor for Managed Detection & Response customers, guiding them through onboarding and ongoing service delivery. The role covers MDR service ownership, customer engagement, Singularity Platform configuration, threat-briefing, incident-response support, proof-of-concept engagements, and feedback to improve the service. Candidates should have security operations, incident-response, or threat-intelligence experience, strong communication skills, and experience managing complex customer escalations. The role is available in Prague, Brno, or remote in the Czech Republic or Slovakia, with Prague-based employees required to work from the office at least two days per week.

Additional Information
