Description
Apt Resources is hiring a Senior TMR (Total Mixed Ration) Operator for a dairy farm team to operate and maintain TMR mixer trucks and feeding equipment, prepare and deliver accurate feed rations for dairy cattle, monitor feed quality, maintain safety and cleanliness in feed areas, keep records, coordinate with nutritionists and herd managers, and supervise junior feed operators. The role requires 3–5 years of experience in dairy farm operations or feed management, knowledge of TMR systems and dairy nutrition, ability to operate farm machinery, and basic mechanical, communication, and leadership skills.
