Description
AECOM is hiring a Senior Track Engineer to serve as the New England Track manager and representative for clients including MBTA, MassDOT, Amtrak, Connecticut DOT, and freight carriers. The role leads track design and specification development, technical reports, procurement and construction documents, project coordination, estimates, schedules, field inspections, and multidisciplinary project management, while mentoring junior engineers. It is based in the Chelmsford or Boston, Massachusetts office and requires a bachelor's degree plus eight years of related rail or transit experience, a Massachusetts Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain reciprocity, and prior MBTA, subway, commuter rail, and freight experience.
