Clifford Chance is hiring a Senior Trade Finance Associate Attorney in its Debt Finance Group in New York. The role advises borrowers, lenders, and arrangers on corporate finance and investment-grade lending, including syndicated and bilateral loans, revolving credit facilities, private placements, acquisition financings, bridge facilities, equity take-out structures, margin lending, export credit, and other trade finance facilities. Candidates must have a J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school, strong academic achievement, interest in the subject area, New York Bar admission or eligibility, and prior experience in a peer law firm. The salary range is $365,000-$420,000.
