Topstep is hiring a Senior Trader Onboarding Operational Readiness Analyst to audit and monitor high-volume identity verification, sanctions screening, and customer identification program operations; establish QA frameworks, SOPs, scoring models, and testing protocols for regulated KYC and EDD expansion; translate compliance requirements into operational procedures; refine screening logic; and support vendor and product change enablement. The role requires 2–4 years of relevant quality assurance, operational readiness, compliance testing, internal audit, or risk operations experience in fintech, digital brokerage, or financial institutions, and offers a fully remote to hybrid work arrangement with a base salary of $75,000–$110,000 annually plus a performance-based bonus.
