Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 4-7 years of work experience in a trading, brokerage, or adjacent role within environmental commodity markets (ideally with exposure to international EACs or carbon markets)
Preferred Qualifications: Proven excellence in building financial models and evaluating supply and demand dynamics.
Possesses a strong operational mindset with a sharp eye for detail, comfortable spending significant time executing daily portfolio maintenance, trade entry, position tracking, and data integrity tasks.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with stakeholders across different cultures and time zones.
A curious, proactive self-starter who is equally comfortable diving deep into routine portfolio administration as they are navigating the ambiguity of an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining composure under pressure.
