HDR is hiring a Senior Traffic Engineer to provide technical oversight and design support for roadway, lighting, signing, pavement marking, traffic signal, traffic management system, intersection, and intelligent transportation system projects. The role includes construction-phase traffic control oversight, complex technical problem solving, supervision of professional and technical staff, and project management on larger projects. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, at least 10 years of ITS and traffic engineering experience, a professional engineering license, transportation-agency regulatory knowledge, and proficiency with traffic analysis software and Microsoft Office.
