Description
Econolite is hiring a Senior Traffic Engineer to plan, design, evaluate, and optimize traffic signal operations for intersections, corridors, and regional transportation systems. The role supports the deployment and operation of the Centracs Mobility platform, develops signal timing strategies, conducts traffic operations analyses, validates system performance, provides technical guidance and training to agency customers, and mentors junior engineers. The position requires a bachelor's degree in civil, transportation, or a related engineering field, 8–15 years of progressive traffic engineering or ITS experience, proficiency with traffic simulation and signal software, and the ability to work in office, field, and traffic operations environments. The full-time exempt position pays $125,000–$140,000 per year plus benefits.
