Egis is hiring a Traffic Engineer in Markham, Ontario, Canada to support multidisciplinary infrastructure projects. The role covers transportation planning and traffic engineering studies, including transportation master plans, environmental assessments, traffic operations and safety reviews, impact assessments, modelling, reporting, stakeholder engagement, regulatory submissions, and field studies. The position also provides mentorship and oversight of junior team members. Candidates must hold a civil or transportation engineering degree, a P.Eng. designation with Professional Engineers Ontario, and at least 10 years of consulting experience in transportation engineering and planning, along with expertise in traffic modelling, GIS, design software, Ontario guidelines, project coordination, and technical reporting.
